For four persons:

  • 2 avocados (ripe)

  • 1/4 red onion, finely diced

  • Juice from one lime

  • 2 tomatoes (ripe), halved, seeded and finely diced

  • 15g coriander

  • 1 chili

Preparation: How does professional guacamole work?

  • Chop the onion finely and put it in a bowl.
