Ukrainian air defense forces shot down all Russian missiles aimed at Kiev, the capital's military administration said in a Telegram post.
The air alert issued this morning in Kiev lasted more than two hours.
There were no casualties or particular damage.
One person has died tonight in a Russian missile attack on Chuhuiv, in the eastern Ukrainian region of Kharkiv.
The local authorities made this known.
Quoted by Ukrainian media, Mayor Halyna Minaeva said that a missile hit a residential area of the city.

“I will demand that President Joe Biden declassify all information regarding this threat so that Congress, the Administration, and all of our allies can openly discuss the actions necessary to respond to this threat,” Turner wrote on X.
