Feta:
100 g hazelnuts, finely chopped
20 g breadcrumbs
50g flour
0.5 tsp pepper
0.5 tsp onion powder
1 egg
200 g feta (alternatively: shepherd's cheese), in thick slices
Salad:
350 g pears, cut into wedges
4 sprigs of thyme
3 tbsp butter
100 g lamb's lettuce
Blueberries, to taste
Dressing:
3 tbsp balsamic vinegar, white
2 tbsp thyme
0.5 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 tbsp mustard
4 tbsp cream
4 tbsp olive oil

Preparation is easy thanks to these step-by-step instructions:
For the feta:
Mix the hazelnuts and breadcrumbs in a bowl.
In another bowl, add flour, pepper and onion powder.
Beat the egg in a third bowl using a fork.
Roll the feta pieces on all sides first in the flour mixture, then in the egg and finally in the breadcrumbs.
Heat some oil in a pan and fry the feta pieces until golden brown on all sides.
For the salad:
Briefly sauté the pears, thyme and butter in a second pan.
Wash, dry and clean the lamb's lettuce.
For the dressing:
Mix balsamic vinegar, thyme, salt, pepper, mustard, cream and olive oil.
Start with serving.
Place the lamb's lettuce on the plate, place the pears next to it and arrange the feta on top.
Garnish with blueberries to taste and the dressing.
