Media Markt and Saturn will offer delivery in collaboration with Uber from April 2024.

Media Markt and Saturn have been together since 1990.
The retail chains are now testing a new express delivery offer that should bring even more customers.
Kassel – Although Media Markt and Saturn have belonged to the same parent company for a long time, the two companies have only recently started working closely together.
With a new joint offer, customers should soon be able to receive their deliveries particularly quickly.
Media Markt and Saturn enter into a partnership with Uber: delivery possible in 90 minutes
Since 2023, Media Markt and Saturn have had the same logo, making their close partnership even easier for customers to recognize.
The same offer can also be found at the same price in both companies' online shops.
This means customers can go to the store that is closer to them to run errands - the offering is no different.
If you are in a hurry, you can also use a particularly fast delivery service from April 2024.
As Media Markt and Saturn announced, customers can then have headphones, charging cables, laptops, kitchen appliances or other electronic devices delivered to their home within 90 minutes.
The offer will be created in collaboration with the logistics service provider Uber Direct, as the company announced on Wednesday.
Delivery with the service offered from April should not cost more than 4.99 euros.
Media Markt and Saturn entered into a partnership with Lieferando in 2023
As the electronics retailer further reported, not all items can be delivered in record time for little money.
Only products with a maximum weight of 23 kilograms and the maximum dimensions of 100 x 60 x 60 are available for 90-minute delivery.
The new delivery service will initially be introduced in almost 200 Media Markt and Saturn stores.
These are located in Munich, Frankfurt, Berlin, Hamburg, Cologne, Düsseldorf and other major cities, among others.
For quick delivery, Uber drivers are supposed to pick up the ordered goods in the respective store after placing the order and deliver them like any other parcel service.
By the end of 2024, all branches of the two electronics stores should be connected to the offer.
Since 2023, Media Markt and Saturn have been working with Lieferando, which most people probably associate with food deliveries.
The delivery time with Lieferando in the participating markets is only between 40 and 60 minutes.
