The eighth edition of the Italian Cuisine Championships is underway.
The competition will take place from Sunday 18th to Tuesday 20th February at the Rimini Fair, as part of the 'Beer & Food Attraction' event.
The event program, which can be consulted on www.fic.it, is divided into Team Hot Cooking, Lady Chef, Best Hotel School Student, Mystery Box, Street Food.
There will also be a contest dedicated to Special Children, children with disabilities who will show their skills by preparing some dishes accompanied by their respective chef-tutors.
