Judge Arthur Engoron sentenced Donald Trump and his two sons Donald Jr and Eric to pay 354 million in the civil trial in New York for having inflated the assets of the family holding company with the aim of obtaining more advantageous conditions from banks and insurance companies.
In addition to the sanctions, Trump was banned for three years from doing business in New York State or holding top roles at any company in the area.
While Eric and Don jr were banned from doing business in New York for two years and sentenced to pay a fine of 4 million dollars each.
