The Munich Security Conference (MSC) begins today in the Bavarian capital, the most important global meeting of politicians and security policy experts with the participation of dozens of heads of state and government and ministers.
The main themes will be the conflicts in Ukraine and the Middle East.
With round tables starting at 9.30, the main program of the "Munich Security Conference" published only in the last few hours includes, among other things, in the early afternoon, the participation in "dialogues" and "discussions" of the Vice President of the United States of America, Kamala Harris;
of the Secretary General of the United Nations, António Guterres;
and the US President's Special Envoy for Climate, John Kerry.
Already in the morning, the general secretary of NATO, Jens Stoltenberg, will make a joint statement with the president of the EU Commission, Ursula von der Leyen, and will speak to journalists, as reported by official sources of the Atlantic Alliance.
Speeches are expected tomorrow, among others, from the Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation Antonio Tajani;
of the head of American diplomacy Antony Blinken and that of China, Wang Yi;
of Ukrainian President Voldymyr Zelensky, Israeli President Isaac Herzog and German Chancellor Olaf Scholz.
