We're slowly learning more about the Clooneys' surprising new home.
So, although they acquired the Canadel wine estate almost three years ago, the goal was always to live there.
But, hampered by COVID, the permanent move to the south of France could not take place on time.
This has now been done since January, given George Clooney's trips to the Var which, each time, cause a sensation.
The estate, typically Provençal, extends over 172 hectares of land and has many assets: a wood, an olive grove, a vineyard, a lake, a lavender field, but also a swimming pool and a tennis court;

Acquired for 8 million euros, the 900 square meter bastide nevertheless required some rehabilitation work before the couple and their children moved in.
Orange-ochre in color, the house, which dates from the 18th century, was also surrounded by an enclosure at the request of the actor and the lawyer to enjoy the Provençal sun out of sight.
