G7 Foreign Ministers called for urgent action to address the catastrophic humanitarian crisis in Gaza, in particular the plight of 1.5 million civilians taking refuge in Rafah, and expressed deep concern about the potentially devastating consequences on the civilian population of a further large-scale military operation by Israel in that area."
