The People's Party would have obtained between 39 and 41 deputies in the elections in Galicia, winning an absolute majority on the 75 seats of the regional assembly, according to the exit polls of Gad 3 for TVE.
The Nationalist Galician Bloc (Bng), the left-wing force of candidate Ana Ponton, would obtain between 25 and 26 seats, while the third political force, the socialists of the PSdeG, would obtain between 9 and 10 seats.
According to the exit polls by Gad 3 for TVE, also confirmed by the other polls at the close of the polls, the PP which had obtained 42 seats in 2020, with the outgoing governor Alfonso Rueda would maintain its fifth consecutive absolute majority.
IlBng would record an important leap forward, going from 19 seats in 2020 to the current 25/26.
While the PSdeG drops from the 14 deputies it had in the previous legislature to 9/10.
The local list Democracia Ourensana would enter the Galician chamber for the first time with a deputy, while Sumar and Podemos, which presented themselves separately at the polls after the divorce of the left-wing coalition, and the far-right party Vox, which would not exceed the barrier threshold of the 5%.
