The government will not wait any longer.
And it is clear that the scenario that opens up is that of ArcelorMittal's exit from the shareholding structure of the former Ilva, a scenario that passes through the extraordinary administration procedure, in practice the arrival of a commissioner.
"The foreign investor who leads the company (ArcelorMittal, ed.), and who has the majority of shares, does not intend to put resources into the company", reiterated the Minister of Business and Made in Italy, Adolfo Urso who is following step I pass the dossier.
Mittal, he explained, has the majority shareholding and should be the industrial partner of the public and financial partner, that is, Invitalia.
"If he doesn't intend to invest in the company - Urso draws conclusions - I believe it is right for the country to regain possession of what is the fruit of the work, of the sacrifice of entire generations".
