The project, carried out in collaboration with local organizations such as Homewards and St Petrocs, intends to build 24 houses between September 2024 - when work will begin - and autumn 2025. According to the
Times
, the houses will be "the most as possible, as Prince William wishes, and will respect the “traditional Cornish seaside” style.
They should also be built low carbon with slate roofs, granite lintels, solar panels and heat pumps.
Like his father Charles III, Kate Middleton's husband is also committed to fighting global warming.
Furthermore, the homeless will be rehoused and will benefit from support aimed at their professional reintegration.
An initiative which is part of the campaign to combat homelessness launched by Prince William last June.
