This is a muscular Buddy from Mapa to a new announcement of toning, in order to realistically play a martial artist in the remake of the movie "Road House", which will be released this March.
"A lot of punches were given, a lot of punches were received," he wrote in the title of the video - which went viral like many of his other preparatory workouts.
"It was fantastic. We want the movie to be good, you know," Gyllenhaal joked, adding: "Now excuse me, I have to go pee blood."
