The fog splits Italy in two: due to several accidents which occurred in the presence of fog on the A1 Milan-Naples, the section between Piacenza (from the junction for the A21 Turin-Piacenza-Brescia) and Parma in the direction of Bologna.

The stations of Basso Lodigiano, Fiorenzuola and Fidenza were closed to entry in both directions.
Autostrade per l'Italia, traffic police and emergency vehicles were on site.
Fog banks also on the A22 between Verona and Modena, currently without closures.
In recent days, a stretch of approximately 80 kilometers had been closed for three days in a row.
