"With ruling no. 1178 today, the Campania Regional Administrative Court accepted the appeal of the Campania Region against the Ministry for Cohesion Policies, and assigned the Department for Cohesion a deadline of 45 days for the definition of the investigation and the preparation of the agreement scheme to be sign with the Campania Region, reserving the appointment of an ad acta commissioner in the event of evasion of the established deadline".
This is what we read in a note from the Campania Region regarding the Development and Cohesion Fund.
The Campania Regional Administrative Court thus assigns the Department for Cohesion Policies a precise and mandatory deadline to define the investigation.
For a year and a half, the note recalls, "the Campania Region has responded to all the requests of the ministry, but without positive results. The current ruling of the TAR places a firm point with respect to a procedure that cannot be kept blocked indefinitely. It a way to safeguard 12 thousand places in the culture and entertainment sector, and to allow jobs to be created without further waste of time".
