It's so hard that people who listened to it had panic attacks.

This is a recording of the very last moments in the life of a couple who were eaten alive by a grizzly bear. The male rib, a grizzly bear lover, recorded all his encounters with the bears and did not give up recording his last encounter with them either. Due to panic, he forgot to take off the camera lens cover, But a particularly gruesome sound clip of the bear devouring them both was recorded and remains a chilling souvenir.

Timothy Thurdwell was known as the "Grizzly Man". For 13 years, he spent every summer camping in Alaska alongside wild bears, with the goal of protecting them and helping to preserve them. The 46-year-old At his death, a former heroin addict, he found solace in the grizzly bears with whom he talked, played and even managed to pet some of them without being attacked. He called them by name, considered them his friends and even at one point felt that he himself was becoming a bear. He recorded all his exciting encounters With them, when one of them is even heard repeating the phrase: "I will die for these animals." Unfortunately for him, that is exactly what happened.

On a windy evening in October, just hours before he and his girlfriend, 37-year-old Amy Hugnard, were to board a plane to return home for the winter season, the two were mauled by a particularly hungry older grizzly bear.

Air taxi pilot Willie Fulton knew immediately what had happened when he landed in Katmai National Park to pick up the pair, just 24 hours after he last spoke to Timothy.

Instead of finding the pair waiting on the beach, there was an eerie silence and the evil-looking bear sat on top of a pile of human remains, feeding on Tim's human ribcage.

Tim and Amy's tents were found torn on the ground with their evening snack lying open untouched.

Their shoes were found neatly placed near the entrance to the tent.

Outside it stood a three-foot mound of grass, mud, twigs and human remains, when ranger Joe Ellis noticed fingers and an arm protruding from the grotesque pile.

Nearby they found what was left of Tim's mutilated head attached to a small piece of spine.

His right arm was also found, his wristwatch still on it, but it was the video camera in Tim's tent that would provide the full terrifying picture of what happened there.

As we mentioned, Tim and his girlfriend recorded all their interactions with the bears - and the brutal attack was no exception.

However, in the panic attack they received, they did not have time to remove the lens cover and as a result, six long minutes of blood-curdling sound remained.

The especially brave are invited to listen to him.

Those who are less welcome to read the description that follows, and others - maybe it's better for you to interpret here.

Listening is at your own risk

This is what you hear on the tape

The voiceover begins with a panicked Amy asking if the bear is still out there, before Tim screams in terror: "Get out of here! They're killing me in here!!!".

The tent zipper is heard coming down as Amy rushes out into the storm and yells at her friend to "play her dead".

Her screams seem to work and the bear frees Tim from his grip, but as soon as she turns to help him, he returns, apparently tightening his jaws around Tim's head once more and pulling him towards the thicket.

Tim screams at Amy to "hit the bear" and she is heard telling him to "fight back" before she attacks him with the frying pan.

Throughout this time the bear can be heard growling, as Tim's screams turn to moans of pain before Amy panics and lets out a series of horrifying screams.

That's where the recording ends.

Here is the full story including the gruesome part:

The trailer for the documentary about the life of the "Grizzly Man":

When the bear was shot dead, investigators retrieved four garbage bags full of human remains from the stomach of the 28-year-old 450-pound male, who reportedly had trouble eating that season due to his age and broken teeth.

According to Willie, Tim had previously tried to befriend the bear that ate him, but "it never happened."

The October 2003 attack was the subject of Werner Herzog's award-winning documentary The Grizzly Man, which revealed how Amy feared the bears and thought her boyfriend's actions were "disaster-prone".

She told Tim that this trip would be her last and that she had a new job waiting for her in California.

Unfortunately, it was definitely her last trip.

As for the original tape, it remained in a locked place with one of Tim's friends who warned many times that "you must never listen to it".
