The "final filings" are underway to bring the legislative decree on tax sanctions to the Council of Ministers "on Wednesday", in implementation of the fiscal delegation.
This was said by Deputy Minister of Economy Maurizio Leo when interviewed in Transatlantico in the Chamber.
He will intervene "in line with the provisions of the delegation, on the proportionality of administrative sanctions" but also on "criminal ones, to clarify, for example, non-due or non-existent credits".
