"It is a serious violation of the investment agreement", reads the text on the former Ilva.
“In recent weeks,” the letter continues, “intensive discussions have taken place to try to reach a fair agreement, to provide support to AdI or for our orderly exit. We have participated fully, and in good faith, in these discussions and reject your attempt to blame us for their unsatisfactory outcome, and to absolve yourself and the Italian government for the failure of our public-private partnership."
