The government meets the unions of the former Ilva, in the Monumental Hall of the Prime Minister's Office.
For the government, according to what we learn, the undersecretary to the Presidency of the Council, Alfredo Mantovano, presides, and the ministers of Economy, Giancarlo Giorgetti, of Business and Made in Italy, Adolfo Urso, of European Affairs, the South, the Cohesion Policies and the Pnrr, Raffaele Fitto, Labor and Social Policies, Marina Elvira Calderone.
A first meeting on the situation of the related industries is scheduled for 6pm.
For the trade unions, representatives of AIGI, Casartigiani Puglia, Cna Taranto, Confindustria Taranto, Confapi Taranto, Confartigianato Puglia, Federmenager, Conftrasporto (Fai) will take part.
Following this, at 7.15 pm the general situation of the former Ilva will be addressed.
The general secretaries of Fiom-Cgil, Fim-Cisl, Uilm-Uil, Ugl Metalmeccanici, Usb will participate in the meeting.
