No veterinarian believed that Faith the cat could lead a completely normal cat life.
But her story shows that the impossible is possible after all.
Saaving Lives is a charitable organization with a mission to save the lives of animals, especially the numerous stray cats in Greece.
Behind it are the two women Alex and Amber.
Two dedicated individuals passionately committed to minimizing the suffering of stray cats.
They organize castrations, take animals into care, look after them or adopt them.

A second chance for cat Faith
One day, Faith the cat found her way to the two animal rights activists.
However, this wasn't possible on her own paws because Faith was paralyzed at the time and couldn't move independently.
The use of the past tense is correct because, miraculously, Faith can walk again today.
It's a bittersweet story with an ending that few would have thought possible.

The clip begins with tragic images and shows a stressed cat that cannot move.
Veterinarians saw no possibility for the cat to lead a life with a high quality of life.
For them, the best decision seemed to be to euthanize the cat, even though various tests showed no abnormalities and suggested no damage.

The miracle takes its course
That was exactly what ultimately gave the two animal rights activists the motivation to try to help Faith and give her a second chance at a cat's life.
And as they say, that was the beginning of the miracle.
At some point, Faith began to roll from one side to the other.
The two animal lovers were patient with the velvet paw and didn't give up on her during all this time.
Love, affection and care made it possible: Faith began to move more and more.

At first she crawled across the floor and at some point - to everyone's surprise - she suddenly sat up all by herself.
From then on she started running.
She was wobbly at first, but she built up more and more muscles and her gait got better and better.
The miraculous healing continued - today Faith can walk normally and is healthy and happy.
Happy ending and a new home
Within 24 hours, the organization had received 350 applications to adopt Faith.
Today she has found her forever home in Belgium and has even gained a quiet cat brother.
@saavinglives hopes the two will become best friends over time.
