Get to know the most communal settlement in Israel, the only urban settlement in the South Sharon Regional Council and also the largest.

7,200 residents live here today, with an expected number of 9,300 after the completion of construction and occupancy.
There are two elementary schools in Tzur Yitzhak, and in the previous school year a first middle school was opened there.
22 kindergartens and two day care centers operate in the settlement (including 3 special education kindergartens and two religious state kindergartens).
Everything is a short distance from the center of the country on Route Six, close to Route 444 and Route 531, which quickly connect it to Gush Dan and other parts of the Sharon.

Proximity to the forest and transportation accessibility

During the war, you may have heard about one small settlement that within two hours all its residents furnished and designed dozens of apartments provided by Ampa Yuval for the evacuees.
And this is just a small example.
We chose a project that is a kind of monument in the settlement called "Yara Boutique" of Ampa Yuval - three boutique buildings designed and executed to a high standard, with particularly large balconies.
