Hazbin Hotel can be viewed free on Prime Video for 30 days
The renewal of Hazbin Hotel has been confirmed by Prime Video and season 2 of the animated series will arrive earlier than season 1. Creator Vivienne Medrano offered a vague update on the series' schedule, stating that it is 'would act as "a normal expectation for animation."
While the first season took nearly five years to come to fruition, the project had only been in active production for “about a year and a half, two years,” according to Medrano.
Thanks to its rapid renewal, season 2 should therefore arrive within a year and a half on Prime Video.

was released, it was accompanied by the surprising announcement that the series had already been renewed for a second season.
With almost five years between the release of the pilot on YouTube and Season 1 on Prime Video, it's no surprise that creator Vivienne Medrano has come up with enough content for multiple seasons.
However, broadcasters like Prime Video rarely take such risks with animated projects.
Fortunately, Hazbin Hotel proved to be a success from the start.
What casting for season 2 of Hazbin Hotel?
Although full details of Season 2 have yet to be revealed, the majority of the Hazbin Hotel Season 1 cast is expected to be back.
With firstly that of Erika Henningsen in the role of Charlie, since the princess of Hell has not yet fully realized her vision of the eponymous hotel after the great battle which concluded season 1. Likewise, Charlie's supportive girlfriend Vaggie, voiced by Stephanie Beatriz, is also expected to return to continue supporting the cause.
The shocking, twist-filled ending to Season 1 left a lot of questions unanswered for Season
2 of Hazbin Hotel
, and those questions will likely be the main thread moving forward.
Although Adam was seemingly defeated in the final battle, it's safe to assume he's still out there somewhere and could return to wreak havoc in season 2.
When Sir Pentious died and went to heaven, it proved that Charlie's plan could work to some extent.
However, this also opened the door for more conflict in Season 2, as his ally on the other side won't be able to communicate with those from Hell.
One thing that Hazbin Hotel creator Vivienne Medrano is particularly excited about for Season 2 is the reveal that Charlie's mother, Lilith, somehow resides in Heaven, a twist that will play out in the season 2 and in the other seasons of the series.
