France has a new multimillionaire.
The jackpot of 12 million euros at stake during the special Valentine's Day Loto draw was won in the Rhône, the specialized draw-win site revealed on Monday.
The exact identity of the winner has not been revealed.
After nine consecutive Loto draws without a winner since January 27, including two since February 14, luck has finally changed.
A winning grid was validated on Monday in this South-East department.
To do this, you had to have checked the numbers 7, 8, 16, 23, 35, 42 and the lucky number 2. For the second draw, the winning numbers were 7, 15, 16, 34 and 39.

Three other players are not a remainder.
According to the specialized site, three people found the five correct numbers, which allowed them to win 58,138 euros each.
Third jackpot of the year
The previous jackpot won in the Rhône dates back to February 11, 2023, a Saint-Didier-au-Mont-d'Or player had won 4 million euros in the Loto.
The largest sum won in this department, however, remains that of 30 million euros, won in 2010 by a player from L'Arbresle.
According to the draw site, this is the third jackpot won since the start of the year.
The previous winners were in Normandy, with the sum of 20 million euros won in Seine-Maritime on January 15, and in Bouches-du-Rhône, with a gain of 6 million euros, on January 27.
