  • 200 g almonds, ground

  • 30 g flaxseed, ground    

  • 40g sunflower seeds

  • 40 g pumpkin seeds

  • 1 tsp chia seeds

  • 0.5 tsp salt

  • 2 teaspoons of baking soda

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 250 ml water, lukewarm
