Tomorrow the Council of Ministers will start the preliminary examination of the legislative decree implementing the fiscal delegation on tax sanctions.
The Deputy Minister of Economy, Maurizio Leo, had explained that the "final refinements" were being made.
Action will be taken - explained Leo - "in line with what is foreseen by the delegation, on the proportionality of administrative sanctions" but also on "criminal ones, to clarify, for example, credits not due or non-existent".
