The new rules that will implement a tightening of workplace safety will arrive soon but not immediately, probably at the Council of Ministers scheduled for next week.
Government technicians are working to develop measures with the aim of introducing more stringent rules on the procurement and subcontracting front, on the application of contracts and on undeclared work but also on pro-safety training for the different types of workers.
The intervention will be carefully evaluated precisely because it intervenes on a regulatory plot - that of labor regulation - which is very articulated and complex: the objective would be to have an impact on what is considered a plague, regardless of recent news events.
At the moment, among the hypothesized measures there would not be the crime of 'murder at work' nor the activation of a super prosecutor's office.
