In November 2023, Anthony Delon filed a complaint against his sister Anouchka, whom he accuses of having concealed from her brothers the negative results of their father's cognitive tests - of which she claims she was not aware.
A month later, her brother Alain-Fabien filed a complaint in turn, maintaining that the thirty-year-old uses “thug methods” to intimidate him and his brother.
At the beginning of January, Alain and Anouchka Delon counterattacked.
They filed a complaint against Anthony for defamation”, “slanderous denunciation”, “threats” and “harassment”.

Since then, Anouchka Delon has spoken in the columns of
Elle
magazine , this Wednesday, February 21, in order to deliver her version of the story.
“I’ve had enough,” she told the outlet.
I'm modest, but it's time I defend myself.
I have always been nice to them (

), trying to be the Super Glue of this family.
But I can’t let them get me dirty.”
Asked about the state of her relationship with her brothers, she retorted: “I can’t say that word anymore.
A brother does not say in the newspapers that you are a venal witch, it does not record you without your knowledge in your kitchen.

Before adding: “We are compared to Hallyday.
They, at least, had the decency to wait until their father and husband had left to tear themselves apart.”
And the young woman relates that on November 8, 2023, during their father's birthday, “Anthony still took her by the shoulder”.
“The day before, he had filed a handrail against me…” she laments.
The actress further maintains that Anthony and Alain-Fabien would have prevented her from entering the Douchy property in July 2023. An estate to which she now goes accompanied by a bodyguard.
The “Wild West”
In this Loiret residence, the atmosphere is far from being good.
“My brothers think they’re in the Wild West,” she quips.
The actress thus relates that Anthony and Alain-Fabien “walk around the house armed”, they who know his aversion to weapons.

also discusses the strained relations between Anouchka and her mother Rosalie van Breemen.
Having recently returned to the house “to take care of her son”, Alain-Fabien, she rarely speaks to her daughter.
“For nothing, it’s horror,” says Anouchka Delon.
The other day, the cleaning lady asked Alain-Fabien to go shopping for me, I had to return to Geneva.
It drove him crazy.
He went into my kitchen, threw what was on the table... It doesn’t seem like anything, but it chilled me.”
An atmosphere so heavy that the thirty-year-old chose to no longer take her son Lino, 4 years old, to Douchy.
“I don’t want him to experience this atmosphere, these people who stabbed me in the back,” she says.
A child is a sponge.”
She also spent the holidays in hospital with Lino, who suffered from kidney disease.
But she hardly dared to talk about the latter at dinner with her father.
“We talk about life, not the past,” she confides.
But I'm afraid of being spied on.
Eventually, we become paranoid.”
An atmosphere that she also considers bad for Alain Delon.
He stopped his treatment in July 2023. “All the doctors say it,” she adds.
For a time he thought about assisted suicide in Switzerland.
Now he no longer wants to be treated, it's his wish and I respect it.
The question is no longer there, we are six months late.
I just want him to be left alone.”
Death threats
For her, this media storm now resembles “a circus”.
“My brothers demolish the image of my father, they post photos of him diminished on social networks, which he would not want to be broadcast,” she is indignant.
A whirlwind which would now have repercussions on his daily life.
Since Anthony Delon accused her of wanting to take their father to die in Switzerland to pay less taxes on his estate, she has received death threats.
“People have tried to enter my house, I no longer sleep, I no longer eat, I want it to stop,” she explains.
And then, there's this crazy figure, 300 million euros... As if my father was Taylor Swift.
This is very far from the truth, but it fuels envy.”
“Taking revenge on a woman is easier”
Anouchka Delon, however, claims that she tried to bring her family together.
“Me, I'm having a hard time.
I tried to help Alain-Fabien, I was very close to him, he's my little brother, I paid his rent for several months... And he recorded me without my knowledge (

) and smear me in public?
When Alain Delon receives a palm of honor at the Cannes Film Festival, she asks him if he can invite Anthony and Alain-Fabien.
“He told me 'if they come, I'm not going,'” she remembers.
When Anthony arrives, my father turns his head, shrugs his shoulders or refuses to come out of his room.
In front of a witness, he reaffirmed that he no longer wanted to see him.”
The actress nevertheless says she understands the conflict between her father and her brothers.
“I know that my father, with the childhood he had, did not know how to deal with his sons.
I witnessed violent scenes when we were children.
I was there, I was a child too.
I understand the pain.
I often tried to intervene.”
The actress nevertheless felt that she did not “have to pay for that”.
“Anthony and Alain-Fabien never had the courage to face it face to face,” she asserts.
Now that it's diminished, they're coming after me.
Getting revenge on a woman is easier.”
And the actress concludes: “Deep down, it’s all a story of ego.”
