Iran has supplied Russia with hundreds of powerful surface-to-surface ballistic missiles.
Reuters writes this on its website citing six sources.
Iran's supply of around 400 missiles includes many from the Fateh-110 family of short-range ballistic weapons such as the Zolfaghar, three Iranian sources said.
The missile is capable of hitting targets at a distance between 300 and 700 km.
The shipments began in early January, one of the Iranian sources said, and a Tehran military official said there had been at least four shipments of the missiles, with more to come in the coming weeks.
