After a difficult year, it seems that in the months of November and December there was a recovery in the housing market, with an increase in transactions and apartment prices in some cities. Have apartment prices also increased in your city?

In a report recently published by the Central Bureau of Statistics, it appears that in the entire year 2023, approximately 66,590 apartments were sold in total, a decrease of 34.9% compared to the year 2022. Of this, 58.1% are second-hand apartments, approximately 38,660 apartments (a decrease of 37.7% compared to the year 2022) .



True, it was a difficult year in the housing market, but an interesting figure from the report shows that after the month of October, due to the war of iron swords that began, the number of transactions was the lowest in the last twenty years - in the following months of November and December a significant recovery actually began, when in December alone 5,810 were sold Apartments, of which 3,080 are second-hand apartments.

Compared to the previous November, this is an increase of 44.5% in total apartments sold, and of 23.2% in second-hand apartments.

Is this a new trend that brings buyers back to the market?
