In 2023, in inspections "in construction, the level of irregularity recorded was 76.48%, with an average irregularity rate exceeding 85.2% in the case of companies engaged in work linked to the 110% superbonus".
According to what we understand, the Minister of Labor Marina Calderone reported this to the Council of Ministers.
Regarding the inspection activity of 2023, the minister highlighted that in construction companies "out of a total of 92,658 accesses, 20,755 are related to supervision of health and safety, with an increase of 3,720 inspections compared to 2022".
