In 2023, in inspections "in construction, the level of irregularity recorded was 76.48%, with an average irregularity rate exceeding 85.2% in the case of companies engaged in work linked to the 110% superbonus".
According to what we learn, the Minister of Labor Marina Calderone reported this to the Council of Ministers.
Regarding the 2023 inspection activity, the minister highlighted that in construction companies "out of a total of 92,658 accesses, 20,755 are related to health and safety supervision, with an increase of 3,720 inspections compared to 2022".
