Giulio Delle Donne is one of the two young people who was in one of the two cars that ended up in the works in via Morghen, in the Vomero district of Naples.
Together with a friend he was returning from a party after taking a university exam.
Suddenly the car sank, "even a second later a tree fell and a water pipe broke. Three soldiers from the Campania Group of the Italian Army engaged in the StradeSicure operation who were in the area arrived and saved us".
