Tightening of the current administrative sanctions regarding undeclared and irregular work and recriminalization of the sanctions regarding procurement, subcontracting and illicit administration: these are, according to what was learned at the end of the Council of Ministers during which the information from Minister Marina Calderone was given , some of the measures being studied for the provision on safety at work expected at the next Council of Ministers.

In 2023, in inspections "in construction, the level of irregularity recorded was 76.48%, with an average irregularity rate exceeding 85.2%
in the case of companies engaged in work linked to the 110% superbonus".
