If you suddenly feel like a sweet snack, the banana balls can be served in no time.

They also come from the hot air fryer and only require three ingredients that you always have at home:

  • 1 large banana (75 g each)

  • 125g flour

  • 2 teaspoons of baking soda

The hot air fryer can show off what it can do and bake wonderfully fluffy banana balls.

Preparing the air fryer banana balls couldn't be easier 

  • Peel the banana and mash it into a fine puree with a fork.

  • Mix the flour and baking powder and knead into the banana puree until a smooth dough forms. 

  • To make the balls easier, coat your hands with a little liquid coconut oil and then take some dough and shape it into a ball.

    Repeat with the remaining dough and brush the balls with a little oil or melted butter or margarine.

  • Place the banana balls a little apart in the basket of the hot air fryer and fry at 180 °C for about five to six minutes until golden brown.

  • Before serving, roll in sugar if desired and enjoy!
