The ban from procurement from two to five years in the event of serious violations of health and safety at work or proven criminal liability for crimes relating to health and safety at work.
It is, as far as we know, one of the measures being studied for the "organic" measure to strengthen health and safety protection, which will go to the next Council of Ministers.
Among the measures under study is also the suspension and forfeiture of tax and social security benefits for irregular businesses, according to what was learned at the end of the Council of Ministers where the information given by Minister Marina Calderone was given.
