controlled
, after several weeks of fighting the fire.

"The effort and tasks carried out for almost four weeks managed to control the fire in the 'Los Alerces' National Park," Torres wrote on his social networks.
For its part, from the ministry that depends on Guillermo Francos - where the National Fire Management Service (SNMF) fell, now dependent on the organization chart of the Undersecretariat of the Environment - a statement was issued informing that

“The operation included the deployment of more than 450 people, with 300 brigade members on the line of fire, as well as the support of aerial means, special vehicles, equipment, forest motor pumps, among other resources, which made it possible to control the incident and achieve a marked drop in activity in the fire,” explained Jorge Heider, director of the National Fire Management Service).
They managed to control the fires in the Los Alerces and Nahuel Huapi national parks.

, meanwhile, it was reported that some of the fires caused by the electrical storm of February 8 and 9 could have been extinguished, but there are still some in activity and others under observation.
