Today we are introducing you to a recipe that absolutely anyone can prepare with little effort.
Throw all the ingredients together and put them in the oven.
In the meantime, you can put your feet up.
But please not on the kitchen table!
You can then serve this wonderful Mediterranean dish to your friends.
The combination of chicken, lemon, garlic and thyme is simply unbeatable, tastes light and is so nutritious.

That's how it's done:
You need these ingredients:
800 g potatoes, halved
140g white onion, quartered
600 g chicken legs
1 lemon, sliced
5 g fresh thyme, with stems
2 cloves of garlic, minced
2 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
50 ml olive oil
Thyme, to taste
Preparation is so easy:
Preheat the oven to 200°C top and bottom heat.
First, the chopping work: Halve the potatoes, quarter the onions, finely chop the garlic and slice the lemons.
So most of the work is already done.
Next, mix all the ingredients together in a large bowl until the thyme, salt and pepper are distributed and the olive oil has coated all the ingredients.
Put all the ingredients on a baking tray and put in the oven at 200°C for 35 minutes.
In the meantime you have time for other things, after which we hope you enjoy your meal.
