His fans surely expected better.
Because, if selling a bag for 70,000 dollars when your name is Kim Kardashian can already make you smile, wanting to sell it without specifying its real condition is unprecedented.
Featured on Kardashian Kloset, the family's resale site, as being "in good condition" despite "some discoloration on the handles and lower corners of the underside, as well as minor scratches on the metal," the bag had in fact serious damage.
Many Internet users have pointed this out, notably on the Reddit forum: “Seriously, how desperate are they for money?
And why does no one find it strange that these “billionaires” sell their second-hand clothes,” wrote one of them, when another protested: “70 k for a dirty bag, damn it!”
Another user demands explanations: "The nerve to sell at this price with all the discoloration of the handles and the wear of the bottom and lower corners....", while a last one details in detail what he perceived as a hoax: “The hardware is all scuffed and dull, the edges are worn and slightly frayed, and it is discolored from makeup/tan.
It's simply terrible.
Anyone who buys this product from them is an idiot, they can't even be bothered to restore it or store it properly.
Is this just a real piece?
They really have no shame!”
A bag therefore, which has not ended up being a bag of knots.
