Weisswurst nuggets:
6 white sausages
50g flour
1 egg, beaten
100g breadcrumbs
frying oil
Mustard dip:
200 g crème fraîche
1 tsp lemon juice
1 pinch of cayenne pepper
1 tsp honey
3 tsp sweet mustard
3 tbsp parsley, chopped

The preparation is not only easy, but also quick:
For the white sausage nuggets:
Peel the white sausages, cut them in half horizontally and divide each sausage half again in the middle.
Dredge each piece of white sausage first in flour, then in the beaten egg and finally in the breadcrumbs.
Heat the frying oil in a high pot and fry the white sausage nuggets until golden brown all over.
Remove and drain on kitchen paper.
For the mustard dip:
Mix together the crème fraîche, lemon juice, cayenne pepper, honey, sweet mustard and parsley.
Enjoy the white sausage nuggets while they are still warm with the dip!
