Bavaria meets American finger food: crispy on the outside and mildly spicy on the inside – this is what white sausage nuggets taste like.

Only original with a sweet mustard dip.

Bavaria is not only known worldwide for the Oktoberfest that is currently taking place, but also for its culinary delicacies that you should not miss when visiting the Oktoberfest.

Right at the forefront: white sausages.

The Weißwurst is a Bavarian staple.

It is usually served with sweet mustard and fresh pretzels - before twelve o'clock noon.

This is not an official law, but it has been a commandment that has been practiced for years.

That has about the same weight in Munich.

What exactly is behind it is explained in the recipe article for white sausage hot dogs in the Laugenstangerl.

During the Simply Tasty theme week, the rules are not so strict and you prefer to devote yourself to creative reinterpretations with Bavarian ingredients, such as a Wiesnhendl burrito or a quick pasta with meatloaf.
