88% of 14-year-old Italian students feel part of the EU against the European average of 81%, 92% are proud that their country is a member of the EU (the European average is 91%) ;
74% see themselves first as citizens of Europe and then of the world (the European figure is 78%), 94% feel part of Europe (average European figure 89%) and 94% are proud to live in Europe, same percentage at European level.
The data comes from the IeaIccs report.
But the percentage of Italian students who have complete trust in the national government has decreased significantly: it is 53%, it was 57% in 2016 and 74% in 2009.
