Preparation
1. Begin by sifting the flour into a bowl, while mixing in the baking powder for that desired "light and airy" texture.
Sprinkle a little salt to enhance the flavors.
2. In a separate bowl, break three eggs and beat well with a fork.
Pour this mixture into the flour and stir religiously until all the lumps disappear and you get a smooth batter.
3. In a pitcher, mix water and ravioli.
Gradually add half of this to the bowl, whisking vigorously to maintain a smooth consistency.
4. Pour in the rest of the filling and continue whipping until the batter achieves a velvety smoothness.
5. Drip sunflower oil into a Teflon pan.
After it heats up with a ladle, place half of the batter inside.
Cook each side for exactly one minute and 30 seconds, which brings it to a perfect golden brown.
When finished, transfer the pancake to a plate.

Now we will move on to preparing the toppings:
1. Caramelize sugar in a pot until it gets a rich brown shade.
Remove from the heat, add a generous piece of butter and return to the heat.
2. After the butter has melted, add sliced bananas to the caramelized cream.
3. Glaze the pan with a little rum.
Add a small glass of water to refine the consistency of the caramel and prevent stickiness.
4. Serve this delicious sauce on top of the pancake accompanied by a scoop of ice cream for the ultimate treat.
