The security agreement in preparation between Italy and Ukraine is just a "propaganda" move, said Leonid Slutsky, head of the International Affairs Committee of the Duma, the lower house of the Russian Parliament.
"The Italian Foreign Ministry - said Slutsky, quoted by Tass - has clarified that the agreement will not be a legally binding document and does not provide guarantees of political or military support for the Kiev regime".
This, insists the Russian MP, also concerns the agreements signed by Kiev with Berlin, London and Paris as well as Rome, so "it is only a calculation for propaganda purposes".
