For quick pancakes without eggs you only need a handful of ingredients:

You can enjoy a whole batch in just ten minutes.

  • 55g flour

  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder

  • 1 pinch of salt

  • 120 ml milk (or a plant-based alternative)

  • 1-2 tbsp oil

Preparing the quick pancakes is easy:

  • Mix flour, baking powder and salt in a bowl.

    Add milk and a tablespoon of oil and stir everything into a smooth dough.

    Let it soak for five minutes.

  • If necessary, heat some oil in a non-stick pan.

    Pour the batter into the pan in portions, swirl so that the entire bottom of the pan is covered and fry until golden brown on both sides.

  • Serve with cinnamon sugar, apricot jam or nut butter if desired.
