The third best defense in the championship, the six matches in 2024 without defeat, Zapata and Bellanova in super conditions: these are just some of the reasons why Toro has once again seriously believed in Europe.

The coach took all the time necessary to bring down the anti-Biancocelesti eleven, but in Philadelphia a novelty was tried: Ricci could act as an attacking midfielder, at which point the sacrificed player would be Vlasic with the Linetty-Ilic pair in midfield.
In attack, however, we play it safe, with Sanabria returning to support Zapata.

The match at the home of the Granata (originally scheduled for January 21st and postponed due to the Biancocelesti's commitments in the Super Cup) forces Lazio to obtain the three points.
The comeback home defeat against Bologna was a cold shower for Sarri's team, who were coming off the Champions League hangover against Bayern Munich;
beyond the controversy over Maresca's refereeing (which led to the suspension of the Capitoline sporting director Angelo Fabiani for a month), Lazio lost through their own faults, stopping to play in the second half and appearing inferior to the rossoblù, now paired with Atalanta in fourth place with 45 points (but the Dea have one game in hand).
The Biancocelesti find themselves eight points lower, in eighth place: an important gap, but one that could be reduced as early as tomorrow evening.
The mood is not the best (the club had called a press blackout after last Sunday's defeat), but Sarri has reason to smile at Romagnoli's return after the disqualification round.
However, Zaccagni's return to the group was cancelled.
The winger, struggling with an injury to his left big toe, seemed to have recovered but then decided not to risk it and was not called up, despite having started training with his teammates again: he will be available for the 'Monday Night' match against Florentine.
Patric (pubic muscle problems) and Rovella (groin pain) will certainly be absent, while Vecino (who was suspended with Bologna) will be called up but is not in shape after the injury suffered in the pre-Bayern warm-up.
Hysaj, however, has recovered from his sprained ankle and will compete for a place with Lazzari and Marusic on the flanks.
The midfield trio will be made up of Guendouzi, Cataldi and Luis Alberto, but Kamada (after the Mago's insufficient performance on Sunday) is impatient.
In attack, Isaksen and Felipe Anderson will provide support to Immobile.
For the captain it won't be just any challenge, given that under the Mole in 2013-14 he won the top scorer ranking for the first time.
It will be the 150th match in the history between Lazio and Turin: the Romans have achieved 43 victories, their rivals 45, while there have been 61 draws.
Of the last six matches, four have ended in draws, although the last two saw successes for the Granata (1-0) and the Biancoceleste (2-0 last September).
