Over two weeks more for condominium administrators required to send to the Tax Office the data relating to the energy saving and renovation interventions carried out in 2023 on the common areas of the condominium.
In fact, the deadline for communication has been postponed from 16 March to 4 April 2024. A second provision moves forward, again to 4 April 2024, the deadline for all taxpayers who must communicate to the Agency the options for expenses incurred in 2023 The same extension is for the options relating to the remaining unused installments of the deductions for construction bonuses relating to expenses incurred in 2020, 2021 and 2022.
