Vincent Dedienne loves acting, on stage or behind the camera.
The comedian is currently traveling across France to present his one-man show “Un Soir de gala”.
But at home, the thirty-year-old also plays... with dice, cards, pawns!
This passion earned the 37-year-old actor the opportunity to participate in the Cannes Festival (Alpes-Maritimes), not the one dedicated to cinema, but its cousin: the Cannes International Games Festival (IFJ), the most important event dedicated to board games in France.
Its 37th edition, which opens this Friday February 23 and until this Sunday on the Croisette, should attract 100,000 visitors.
And if the film festival awards Palmes d'Or, the one dedicated to games is not left out.
It awards Golden Aces to the best new releases in four categories (game of the year, child, initiate, expert) among the hundreds of titles released each year.
The lucky winners are chosen by a jury made up of professionals from the sector, journalists and, for the second year in a row, Vincent Dedienne!
