The famous photographer enchanted us with “The Earth seen from the sky”, an album with global success which showed us the most beautiful landscapes, and also made us aware of its fragility.
Since then, he has made it his fight through his GoodPlanet Foundation.
This time, he looks at us at eye level.
The photographer travels across France, like others before him, Albert Kahn for example, who at the beginning of the 20th century wanted to constitute the "archives of the planet" and had traveled the world to witness them.
Arthus-Bertrand has made it his mission to put faces to statistics.
