Alexander Smirnov, the former former FBI informant indicted for lying to the FBI and fabricating corruption charges against Joe Biden and his son Hunter, was arrested again and taken to prison.
A judge decided this, accepting the prosecution's request to review the conditional release granted two days ago.
According to investigators, Smirnov could flee abroad due to his contacts with various intelligence agencies, including the Russian one, which - as he himself confessed - passed the information to him to smear the Bidens.
