The certainty, in Monza who will take the field in Salerno on Saturday at 6pm, is the return of Michele Di Gregorio between the sticks.
The goalkeeper, after the severe bruise that kept him away from the pitch the day after the away match against Frosinone, in the last round match - which Monza then won 4-2 over Milan - left the pitch for a violent clash to his head, which cost him 6 stitches near his eyebrow.
Di Gregorio, however, now regains ownership of the posts, leaving Raffaele Palladino to evaluate the conditions of Patrick Ciurria, who is struggling with a knee discomfort felt in the finishing session before the match against Verona, but is now close to being recovered.
The Monza coach therefore still sees only Gianluca Caprari and Samuele Vignato in the infirmary, after knee ligament surgery and repeated groin pain.
In the days in which Monza is also awaiting, in parallel, developments on the appeal of Alejandro Gomez (disqualified for doping), attention is focused on the tactical solution to propose to Arechi: the 4-man defense line tested in the match against Milan could place for a return to the more classic 3-4-2-1, with the confirmation of Armando Izzo in defense and Samuele Birindelli on the wing.
Up front, Dany Mota Carvalho and Andrea Colpani could start, with Lorenzo Colombo and Milan Djuric fighting for the central striker spot.
