The overall winners of the three categories will have the task of representing Italy in the World Trophy of Pastry, Icecream and Chocolate to be held in 2025.
Also scheduled from 3 to 6 March are the Best Colomba Championship, the Baking Championship and the Decorating Artists Championship.
"This edition - states Matteo Cutolo, president of Fipgc - truly boasts a huge participation, we will have many professionals from every corner of Italy. This fills us with pride because it means that the entire confectionery sector is growing, that there is a desire to learn and get involved, and underlines how important continuous training and comparison with other experts in the sector is".
